Information for Employers

“Staff Agents” offer you the opportunity to select the appropriate employees to staff your business from a wide range of specialties. This selection is initially made by sending CVs and then through a direct interview–video call with the employee themselves. At the same time, as an employer, you have the option to choose the duration for which you will employ your prospective workers.

The specialties you can choose to cover your needs include: agricultural workers, livestock workers, domestic helpers, hotel staff, construction and building workers, manufacturing workers, packaging workers, transportation, loading/unloading and storage workers, as well as employees in the catering and food processing sectors.

The prospective employees mainly come from countries such as the United Arab Emirates, India, Pakistan, Iraq, Bangladesh, Albania, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, and the Philippines.

Once you select the suitable employees for your business, our legal advisors review and prepare the necessary employer documents and submit the complete file to the competent Decentralized Administration, which then approves the application-invitation of your prospective employees.

Subsequently, the relevant Greek Consulate calls the prospective employee for an interview in order to verify their identity and criminal record, thus ensuring their suitability.

After their arrival in Greece, our office continues to provide services to you and your employees, always coordinating with your accountant to ensure the legality of their residence and employment (issuance of residence permit for work and issuance of tax identification number (AFM), social security number (AMKA), and health insurance number (AMA)).
